Babysitting.

St. Louis Park. Can't imagine a better place to raise a family.

How do you typically introduce yourself to new people?

I have the professional pleasure of helping people understand how they take action; and have a deeper understanding and appreciation for their colleagues.

What’s one thing you wish more people knew about you?

I am a master scheduler.

What’s one character trait that makes every leader better?

Humility.

What do you think is the best part of being on the C9 Team?

The genuine connection between people in all different industries who want to help others succeed.

What interests and hobbies do you have outside of your professional life?

I have two kids—ages 7 and 4—that take up just about every ounce of time and energy outside of my professional life.

Steve Lear, who gave me the vision and opportunity to create my own Kolbe-based consulting business.
