Hiya Coalition9 Members + Friends!
I hope you’re all enjoying summer! I’ve been spending more time at the family cabin and am getting into kayaking after taking our neighbor’s for a ride on the South Fork Crow River by my house. I absolutely love it.
Speaking of fun summertime activities, C9 Members received the official invite for our Coalition9 Summer Social at CHS Field yesterday. This event is exclusive to C9 Members, Community Supporters, Event Partners + Supporters, and their guests. So check your inboxes Members, and get registered. If last year was any indication, it’s going to be a blast.

Member Angela Christman announced that Lift Bridge Strategy is filling seats in additional four-month LeaderKind cohorts. They guide leaders through conversations, content, and tools to help them be more people-centered and effective in their roles. Groups are curated similarly to Coalition9. Member Joey Torkildson of Voila and Revival Saunas is teaching a free class, The Zen Art of Talking to Strangers, on July 20th at GCS Title in Eagan. It's a great class for anyone interested in networking/sales/making connections. A fun twist: Joey will be making cold calls in front of everyone to see if he can talk to some awesome strangers! Member Nicki Vincent of NV Brands announced that they had a great summer social lawn bowling event last month, and she was happy to welcome some Members of the C9 Community! NV Brands will be kicking off some breath and energy workshops in the fall for executives who are depleted and looking to optimize their life and gain clarity. Stay tuned for more information! Facilitator Janiece Gray of JGray and Associates is helping to coordinate a virtual Physician Leadership Development Program that starts in September. This program is meant for physicians who are thinking about getting into healthcare leadership or taking on an administrative role. It is meant to be a “toe in the water” overview course of key topics that healthcare leaders need to know: leadership, finance, strategy, legal/ethics, quality/PI, etc. Additionally, there is a healthy dose of coaching, StrengthsFinders, mentorship, plenty of CMEs, and a lot of self-reflection for physicians to determine what/if there are some next steps that they wish to take. Member Kelli Schnieder of SafeNet Consulting announced that their annual family-friendly Foxtrot 1/2k will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 4:30-8 PM. Join them in their efforts to support the American Cancer Society! This is not a 5k race–it’s a walk around the SafeNet building at any pace you choose. They will have a food truck, DJ, photo booth, beverages, silent auction, and race medals, plus an amazing mission speaker. Your $20 ticket price is 100% donated to the American Cancer Society. Coalition9 Summer Social at CHS Field
Registration is now open for our C9 Summer Social at CHS Field! The official invitation was sent out yesterday to Members, Community Supporters, and Event Partners + Supporters. This event is exclusive to Members of the C9 Community and their guests.
The Saints are scheduled to play Indianapolis on the day of our event. The game starts at 7:07 PM, but join us starting at 5:30 PM for a meal and relationship building before game time.
The registration deadline is Thursday, August 3, 2023 at noon. Please include all requested info for each attendee and read our cancelation policy carefully.

Coalition9 Team Lunch
The Coalition9 Team met up at Maynard's in Excelsior on Tuesday for a relationship building lunch on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. Thank you to everyone who could make it!
It was a great opportunity for group facilitators and additional C9 Team members to get together, learn more about each other, make new connections, and have an awesome time doing it.
Good people, food, + fun on a beautiful day by a lake—doesn't get much better than that!
We're so grateful for our C9 Team—Coalition9 wouldn't be here without their talent, knowledge, and commitment to providing a second-to-none experience to our Members.
