Happy Holidays, C9 Members and Friends!

Another stellar year of exciting growth at Coalition9: 246 Members, 25 Groups, 8 C9 Well events, 7 SPARK Series events, 34 Event Partners + Supporters, and 19 Community Supporters.

I’m honored to announce that we’ve already filled both the Prospering and Thriving Community Supporter levels for 2025, but if you want to get involved at the Evolving level, let’s chat. We can’t wait to introduce you to our 2025 C9 Community Supporters in January!

We’ll be starting 2 new groups in Q1 of 2025. If you’d like to explore becoming a C9 Member, apply through our online form to get the ball rolling. If we’ve already had a conversation about membership and you’re ready to jump in, send me a message–we can’t wait to welcome you to Coalition9!

Reflecting on the incredible connections and positive impact our C9 Community Members create, I’m filled with appreciation and pride. What we’re building together matters—it’s meaningful, it’s inspiring, and it’s a lot of fun, too. We lift each other up when life gets tough, support one another through business challenges, and celebrate all the wins. Thank you for being an essential part of this journey with me and our entire C9 Community.

Member Nathan Young announced that H2B2’s virtual Monthly Meetup will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 3 to 4:30 PM. The session will focus on “The Cost of Owning Our Value” and will explore self-awareness, particularly around "Secondness.” Attendees will discuss assessments and delve into the “Second’s Nature” self-development program, including its components and purpose. C9 Member and group facilitator Katie Walter and C9 group facilitator Liz Otteson are delivering a Strategic Planning Workshop for Solopreneurs on January 9 and 10, 2025 from 9 AM to 1 PM in St. Paul. This is an extension of the Fractional Conference business and is a great way for solopreneurs to line up their life and business goals for maximum impact. Learn more and register
Join the FRAK Conference team, including C9ers Katie Walter and Bryan Smith, for a Business Jumpstart Workshop designed for new fractionals and solopreneurs on January 21-23, 2025 from 9 AM to 4 PM at Bauhaus Brew Lab in Minneapolis. This intensive, hands-on event will transform your ideas into action by building positioning, defining offerings, developing website copy, and other key elements of your 12-month go-to-market plan.
